Nagsagawa din ng reporting ang mga Finance Officer para naman sa pinansiyal na aspeto ng asosasyon at binigyan pansin din ng Bapa Coordinator ang mga reklamo at suhestiyon ng ilang miyembro sa bawat asosyon.
