Ang substation ang siyang tatanggap ng kuryenteng na prodyus ng wind turbine saka ibabato o ipapasa papuntang planta para makarating sa member-consumers upang magamit bilang kuryente. Switch gears at control panel ang magiging laman nito na siyang magkokontrol ng boltahe. Mabilisan ang pagsasagawa ng mga substation para na din sa maagang instulasyon ng mga equipment dito.
