Ang seminar ay naglalayong mabigyan ang mga koop ng mas maayos na programa sa pagsusuri ng mga sitwasyon lalo na sa pakikipag ugnayan nito sa isat isa para makamit ang tunay ng mithiin ng rural electrification at kung paanu pa ito mapaunlad para sa kapakinabangan ng susunod pang henerasyon sa buong bansa.
