(ROMELCO) Information Officer Alma Baron\u00a0Regala conducted another meeting and training for Electric Consumer Association (ECA) Meter Reader Collector in the whole Sibuyan Area today June 22, 2017. The collectors all over the island are also resident and recipients of Sitio Electrification Program that is continuously monitored thru ECA programs in their areas.<\/span><\/p>\n
