The Romblon Electric Cooperative Inc (ROMELCO) management and staff gathered themselves at Romelco Headquarters in Barangay Capaclan Romblon, Romblon on\u00a0(Saturday) November 5, 2016 for a proper briefing and instruction of the new coop’s Balance Scorecard. GM Rene M. Fajilagutan discussed the rationale of the said program and believes that balance scoring of the employees performance will help achieve the coops target in the future. The strategic plans to achieve coops dream by the year 2025 were discussed by the department heads namely Engr. Basilio Diaz of Technical Department, Betty C. Corong of Finance Department and Peter Morante of Institutional Department.<\/span><\/p>\n
