No wonder the General Manager of Romelco Engr. Rene M. Fajilagutan is closely monitoring the development of Project Wind Turbine in Upper Bagacay, Lonos and Agnay Romblon that even the hauling of materials in Boracay last November 18-19, 2016 were given much of his attention.
