PAKSA: The Biliran Electric Cooperative Inc (BILECO) visited Romblon Electric Cooperative Inc. (ROMELCO) today June 27, 2018 for their benchmarking being part of their mandate in providing reliable and cheap electricity in their area.
BILECO BENCHMARKING
The Biliran Electric Cooperative Inc (BILECO) visited Romblon Electric Cooperative Inc. (ROMELCO) today June 27, 2018 for their benchmarking being part of their mandate in providing reliable and cheap electricity in their area. Team BILECO is composed of 5 personnel two o f them from finance department and the rest are technical people. They will visit the solar hybrid power plant in Brgy Cobrador Romblon, Romblon as part of their study being a recipient also of another hybrid project from South Korea.
They chose Romelco because it successfully implemented the same project in Cobrador and they would like to know more on the technical side and ratemaking of ROMELCO.
ROMELCO staff headed by Mr Peter Morante Officer-in-Charge welcomed the BILECO team at ROMELCO Headquarters in Brgy Capaclan Romblon, Romblon.
